Our development team is collaborating with OAB/RS on digital transformation projects, enhancing internal processes, and creating new portals and applications to foster relationships with associate lawyers. The challenge was that OAB/RS needed a partner to assist with its digital transformation goals, which included establishing new communication channels with members and implementing automation. To tackle this, the first step was to locate a team that could complement the existing OAB/RS development team and aid in applying the agile methodology. As a result, OAB/RS now has a new application and portal for member communication and is actively pursuing additional digital transformation efforts within the organization.

SENFF (Banking)

Senff

The creation of an application aimed at simplifying transaction management and credit prepayments for shopkeepers associated with the financial institution SENFF. This app enhances engagement with customers and opens up new business opportunities for SENFF. Challenge: SENFF wanted to create an app to streamline transaction management for its client shopkeepers and foster increased customer interaction and new business prospects. Development: SENFF partnered with Ubistart to execute the project using a closed-scope model. In the initial planning phase, a technical blueprint and preliminary design of the app were developed for validation before the actual development began. The project adhered to these established guidelines, and functional tests were conducted with shopkeeper customers. Result: The application now offers a variety of features, including balance and store statements, notifications, credit advances, detailed sales reports, sales simulations prior to execution, and receivables management. Together, these functionalities equip shopkeeper customers with thorough management tools.

Collaborating with Grupo Wiser Educação (the parent company of Wise Up and Meusucesso.com) through an outsourcing model, we provide development professionals to aid in the group's digital transformation efforts. Challenge: Wiser needed to outsource professionals to its digital departments and sought Ubistart's assistance in the recruitment and selection process. Development: We carried out the recruitment and selection process, conducted culture assessments, and held technical and behavioral interviews to identify the right candidates for the company's innovation needs. Result: Currently, Ubistart remains a strategic ally of Wiser, helping the holding company address ongoing challenges in staffing for mobile, web, and systems projects.
