True North Coaching and Development

Shelley Pernot, founder of True North Coaching, draws on her extensive experience in Fortune 500 leadership roles within Finance and Risk Management to guide leaders toward sustainable success. Having faced the pressures of high-stakes environments herself, she understands how external achievement can mask internal strain and disconnection. Her own experience with burnout transformed her perspective, leading her to emphasize leadership through self-awareness, emotional honesty, resilience, and authenticity. Shelley’s coaching philosophy integrates leadership development, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking to help leaders think clearly under pressure, manage conflicts maturely, and cultivate healthier teams. Certified by the International Coaching Federation and holding an MBA from Erasmus Rotterdam, she supports clients across diverse sectors to move beyond perfectionism and pressure toward purposeful, sustainable leadership.
