Portfolio

Donut Drop

Unite Students

We were assigned to develop an experiential campaign that would enhance Unite Students’ main campaign and establish them as the top choice for student housing. Our initiative, the Donut Drop, engaged over 35,000 students with its entertaining food-focused approach. This included a "donut train" for food delivery, showcasing DJs, branded pinball machines, donut trampolines, interactive social elements, and a dedicated team of TRO brand ambassadors to entertain long queues. Our strategic activation plan featured the design and production of a modular event kit, allowing us to visit 18 cities in the UK and host 55 events over 8 days. We identified 7 key locations for our larger, attention-grabbing activations targeted at priority markets, while an additional 48 hub locations received a simplified version of the experience for better scalability.

X CRAZYFAST Launch

adidas

We were given the task of organizing a remarkable launch event for the brand-new X CRAZYFAST adidas boots, drawing inspiration from the theme ‘Speed Pays’. To accomplish this, we collaborated with TBWA\London, another agency under Omnicom, to create a dynamic two-day interactive pop-up event at Brick Lane Yard in London. Influencers, youth football teams, and adiClub members were invited to engage in a tech-driven activation featuring various football-related challenges that tested both the players and the boots. On the field, speed was key— the quicker the players moved, the more adidas currency they accumulated. Activities included a sprint race against one of football’s fastest legends and a challenging dribble course. Those who earned the most currency and secured top spots on the leaderboard left with adidas merchandise and the ultimate prize: a pair of the coveted boots.

House of De'Longhi City Tour

De'Longhi

Our assignment was to develop an engaging and informative roadshow to celebrate the launch of De’Longhi’s new Cold Brew Machines, targeting coffee enthusiasts throughout the UK. To ensure flexibility and speed, our in-house production team revamped a mobile pop-up unit into a stylish and contemporary kitchen setup, providing a cozy space for coffee aficionados to dive into the De’Longhi experience. Brand ambassadors from TRO were available to inform attendees about De’Longhi’s cutting-edge bean-to-cup machines while offering freshly brewed samples made from locally sourced coffee beans. In select cities, we hosted ‘De’Longhi Nights’ – an exciting kitchen party featuring local DJs spinning music as we served cold brew cocktails, attracting a new audience to the brand. Over the course of 34 days, we traveled to 11 locations in 9 cities across the UK, making this City Tour De’Longhi’s largest experiential campaign in the UK to date.
