**Challenges and Needs: Implemented Solution – SkillWorx by TT PSC** The TT PSC team, including an AR Solution Architect, has created a hands-free experience using the RealWear HMT-1 headset. Our solution integrates with the PTC ThingWorx Operator Advisor, enabling the detection and tracking of workers' physical locations alongside their assigned tasks. We have incorporated spatial intelligence into the HMT-1 to demonstrate which tasks need to be performed, where, and how, as well as how to document completed actions. **Achieved Results – Advantages of SkillWorx** We set out with two primary objectives for this project. The first was to speed up the onboarding process with user-friendly tools that reduce the time required to train new employees and monitor their performance, allowing for faster training on processes, tools, materials, and workstations. The second objective aimed to improve information flow by delivering context-specific information and enabling the capture of knowledge through voice memos, photos, and videos for sharing, reviewing, and archiving, even during shift changes. Both objectives play a crucial role in addressing the challenges posed by a shifting workforce and skill gaps among workers. **Benefits**
