They created various user personas and outlined detailed user flows, wireframes, and design plans to ensure a smooth and intuitive experience. Weekly meetings with a steering committee helped to refine their strategy, resulting in a modernized website with a broader 1170 layout, larger video and image features, and a more open and readable design. Over a five-month period, Traktek worked closely with developers and the company's call center team to enhance the site's information architecture, navigation, and features. The redesign also included interactive Mapbox maps and 360-degree videos to enhance the travel planning experience. By adopting a mobile-first strategy, the team designed responsive layouts optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, creating a visually appealing and user-friendly platform that improved the Vantage Travel digital experience.
