A 360 Campaign Featuring Real People

The Challenge: S:US took on the ambitious task of sharing its narrative and connecting directly with people for the first time. We aimed to herald a new and exciting chapter for this respected organization, helping it transition into the digital era while continuing to enhance the lives of New Yorkers. The Solution: This led to the development of a comprehensive 360 campaign featuring a powerful hero video that showcased genuine New Yorkers, authentic stories, and meaningful impact. We set to work implementing our creative ideas by crafting a social media strategy that emphasized engaging, video-centric content to broaden S:US’s audience. Next, we refined S:US’s messaging, creating dedicated landing pages and updating existing website content to ensure a smooth user experience. Additionally, we enhanced their email and CRM strategies to better connect with S:US’s audience. We compiled all these elements into a detailed style guide to ensure that S:US’s efforts are driven by a strong, unified story and a consistent visual identity.

Amplifying The Power Of A Knock

The Challenge This was a pivotal opportunity to garner increasing support and significantly improve the lives of seniors like never before. How can we enhance the impact of Meals on Wheels America and elevate their mission? The Solution Meals on Wheels America approached us with an idea called Power of a Knock, which underscored the significant effect a simple knock can have on seniors facing food insecurity and the importance of unity during challenging times. Our aim was to amplify the Power of a Knock and share Meals on Wheels America’s narrative widely. We developed messaging aimed at both existing and new audiences, paving the way for strong support. Throughout the process, we tested our creative approach to ensure we accurately conveyed the powerful story behind Power of a Knock. We produced engaging, donation-focused content that motivated people to contribute. Our strategy became increasingly effective as we experimented to determine what resonated best with those willing to help.

Town Hall has collaborated with ADL for several years on various initiatives, including creating sub-brands for programs (such as Kulanu) and developing policy frameworks (like COMBAT), as well as managing campaigns, producing virtual and hybrid events, developing content and videos, and designing and building websites. We currently act as a reliable website resource for their Marketing and Technology teams. One of our latest projects has transformed the site search experience across their digital platforms, beginning with an in-depth analysis of users and internal stakeholders, resulting in significantly enhanced website search functionality. Besides technical and marketing projects, Town Hall has also been the primary strategic marketing partner for ADL’s Never Is Now, the annual summit focused on antisemitism and hate. For three consecutive years, we have designed and implemented the marketing and promotion strategy for the conference, initially in a fully digital format and later as a hybrid event.
