**Context** Despite the intense competition in the flight compensation industry, the number of flights taken worldwide continues to rise each year. Unfortunately, things don’t always go as expected. While European regulations grant you the right to flight compensation under specific circumstances, the process can be time-consuming. This led to the creation of a flight compensation portal aimed at streamlining and simplifying the experience. This initiative was developed in partnership with Tillforty, a Lithuania-based software company focused on delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. **Project Goal** Our collaboration centered on sharing best practices and providing a variety of solutions while prioritizing user experience and ease of use. The primary objective was to create a brand-new browsing experience for the application's users. **Solution** **Redesign**: Toughlex breathed life into the front-end solution by delivering a quick and responsive application experience. Along with the introduction of a completely new feature set, the project also involved design integration. The designs were supplied by a third-party designer, and our task was to implement and adapt these designs to ensure the application felt truly responsive for users. **New Features**: The revamped application boasts a comprehensive array of new features compared to its predecessor. These include a referral program, a membership program, a refreshed design and management system for existing flight claim information, a map component to showcase the flight route, and a flight document upload feature. **Claims**: A central element of the project was the page and accompanying form designed for creating and submitting new flight claims. This page was critical for the successful implementation of the client-side. However, the solution provided was both fast and efficient, proving to be effective without requiring further optimization.

At Toughlex, developers focused on implementing user interface features based on the provided designs and business logic. Managing a large system presents challenges in maintaining an ever-expanding codebase, and this is where Toughlex's developers made significant contributions. Their in-depth knowledge of the Angular framework, use of simplified NgRx patterns, and experience managing a large codebase accelerated the ongoing project. Project Goal: In a landscape of continuously rising demands, our objective was to enhance the pace of development. We identified several key aspects that could streamline the development process and simplify maintenance. Solution: We engaged with current project team members to assess the project's status—identifying its most valuable components, future objectives, and challenges.
