OUR STORY
Total Technology Resources (TTR) is a thriving Managed Service Provider founded in 2004 by Justin Colantonio and James Smith, both natives of Northeast Philadelphia. Justin, with degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from LaSalle University, transitioned from accounting to IT, gaining valuable experience as a consultant for the City of Philadelphia's 911 system and as an adjunct professor. Jim, a former corporate IT professional and athlete from Saint Joseph's University, leads TTR's cybersecurity and infrastructure efforts. Together, they have grown TTR to a team of 26, continuously advancing cybersecurity programs and expanding services. Team members like Kevin McGurn exemplify TTR's commitment to growth and expertise, while the leadership's community involvement and dedication to family reflect the company's personalized and professional ethos.
