Nick's filmmaking journey began in Connecticut, inspired by weekend family movie sessions. He created his first micro-budget feature with friends in high school, which led him to study film at Fairfield University. During college, his passion shifted toward cinematography, focusing on camera work and lighting. Since relocating to New York City post-graduation, Nick has built a diverse portfolio as a Director of Photography, working on narrative films, documentaries, commercials, and music videos. His debut feature, Exp. 36, premiered on Apple TV and Amazon Prime in 2022, and the documentary Joe Exotic: Before He Was King aired nationally on Investigation Discovery. Nick's work has earned spots in numerous film festivals nationwide, and his commercial clients include notable brands like Bacardi, Under Armour, and Volkswagen.
