John Hart Design
We began the process by establishing a basic brand standard since one was lacking. Our goal was to define color palettes and fonts for consistent use across the website. After getting the brand standard approved, we designed the homepage, collection page, and a specific product page. During this time, we collaborated closely with the client to outline the requirements for the product customizer. With our assistance, the client partnered with Celigo to set up a sandbox testing account for linking Shopify and NetSuite. After successfully conducting tests, they transitioned from the sandbox to the production environment with our support, where we applied our expertise to troubleshoot and refine the process. Simultaneously, we worked on the logistics and logic necessary for the product customizer, overcoming significant challenges related to color, material, patch size, and icon branding for the patches. Once everything was finalized, we developed the code and tested it with the client using our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach, which incorporated feedback through Trello. With their approval, we proceeded to a full build, along with the necessary documentation. As the launch approached, our SEO team utilized data from our site analysis to write and upload all 301 redirects based on insights from Google Analytics Traffic, Google Search Console, and Google Rankings. The final step involved creating a custom program that enabled customers to check their order status post-launch, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
