Tolt Innovations Ltd

Liz Bancroft is the founder and managing director of Tolt Innovations, a digital consultancy in Ireland that specializes in custom software development and intelligent automation solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, and technology delivery, Liz has developed a strong reputation for connecting business strategy with technical execution. Her experience with global teams across various industries has given her insight into the complexities of enterprise projects and the importance of simplicity and transparency in their execution. Motivated by the belief that technology should enhance human experience rather than dictate it, Liz established Tolt Innovations to introduce a more human and authentic approach to digital delivery. The company's hybrid model embodies this philosophy, combining local strategy and accountability in the UK and Ireland with an expert offshore development team to provide clients with exceptional value and top-notch results. Liz is passionate about fostering innovation, efficiency, and helping organizations advance through practical technology. Outside of her work with clients, she enjoys spending time by the sea, exploring nature, and learning about health, mindset, and the future of human potential—interests that continue to shape her leadership and the growth of her business.
