Tilliant initially welcomed the potential of complete digital transformation but soon understood that it can result in 'digital obesity,' where companies are burdened by an overload of complex, disconnected, and underused software systems. We came to the conclusion that the continuous push for 'full digitalization' is misguided. Our perspective evolved to emphasize that genuine efficiency is found in striking the right, optimized balance between digital tools and human involvement. We aim to ensure that technology serves as an effective and precise tool for people instead of requiring them to adapt to complicated tech solutions.
