OUR STORY
Coach LaLa V., founder of Thrive Health Lab, passionately empowers women to embrace strength, freedom, and intentional living by understanding their bodies and making aligned choices at any age or stage. A Howard University cum laude graduate and NASM Certified Trainer, she combines science-based movement with soulful coaching rooted in longevity and self-trust. For seven years, her boutique wellness studio served South Los Angeles, offering a safe space where movement became a means of healing and joy for a predominantly Black community. Specializing in helping women of color navigate life transitions, Coach LaLa’s own journey after 40 fuels her mission to foster autonomy and wellness beyond aesthetics. Her work extends from family training to community outreach, championing accessible, compassionate spaces
