We are thjnk – a team of 400 employees working across ten agencies in six cities on two continents. Established in August 2012 in Hamburg by Karen Heumann, Armin Jochum, and Michael Trautmann, this agency group now manages a varied clientele. Their offerings include comprehensive advice on strategic brand positioning and the creation of integrated, media-neutral communications concepts. The design agency loved specializes in corporate identity, design, and content marketing for the group. Upljft, a partnership between thjnk and the tech company facelift, focuses on social advertising and delivers a rare combination of strategy, creation, data, and technology in one package. Additionally, thjnk has developed customized solutions for clients like McDonald’s and thyssenkrupp: LEO'S THJNK TANK, a collaboration with Leo Burnett, oversees brand communications for McDonald's in Germany, while their partnership with thyssenkrupp, which appointed thjnk as their lead agency, has led to the creation of another tailored agency called BOBBY&CARL.
