OUR STORY
LLŪM's journey began in 1996 when Rob Scherer founded TAG, bringing his deep financial expertise from the construction sector. Recognizing a need for specialized accounting tailored to contractors, TAG became one of the first firms offering outsourced services in this industry, focusing initially on San Diego and Orange County. The entrance of Justin Atneyel in 2017 marked a turning point; he propelled TAG into a modern, nationwide firm through cloud technology and scalable systems. This growth led to a 2020 rebranding as Plumb, embracing expanded services. In 2024, with Rob shifting focus, Justin acquired the outsourced accounting division, thus establishing LLŪM—a name symbolizing clarity and guidance. Today, LLŪM honors a 25-year legacy by delivering expert, innovative financial solutions to the construction sector across the U.S.
