Led by Jen, a Master of Arts graduate in interior design and Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer®, with a background in environmental psychology and healthcare software, we ensure organized, timely project management. Waukee New Construction

This modern residence showcases trendy features from 2021, such as black tiles, dark cabinets, geometric designs, and gold hardware. The main floor boasts a catwalk mezzanine and a living room with soaring 18-foot ceilings. The basement wet bar makes a striking impression with its black tiles, black cabinetry, quartz countertops, and ambient recessed shelf lighting. The master bathroom displays a black-and-white palette, featuring chevron-patterned tiles in the shower and a playful geometric tile floor. Luxury Master Bath

This opulent master bathroom underwent a complete renovation of its fixtures and finishes. A custom double sink cabinet and makeup vanity were crafted featuring contemporary shaker-style doors and drawers. All brass fittings were replaced with chrome accents, including the lighting, framed mirror, and hardware. The addition of heated flooring beneath marble-like tiles enhances the space's elegant and luxurious ambiance. The shower was upgraded with mosaic tiles and Delta fixtures. The bathing area now boasts a freestanding tub alongside built-in storage. Texturious Designs was enlisted to conceptualize and manage the entire project, ensuring no detail was overlooked in this luxurious bathroom makeover! Luxury Custom Home

This project involved a complete remodel of an entire floor, resulting in a transformed kitchen, mudroom, laundry area, living room, dry bar, half bath, as well as the master bedroom and bathroom. We updated all the flooring with engineered hardwood and tile. Outdated oak cabinets were replaced with black and white painted maple shaker-style doors. To complement the black and white theme, quartz countertops in two different finishes were installed. A custom hood and insert were created above the gas range to cater to our clients' love for cooking and entertaining. The appliances are from Cafe, featuring brushed stainless steel with copper accents. The mudroom includes a pet washing station and a utility sink for maximum cleaning efficiency. A black subway tile surround and backsplash are enhanced by gold fixtures, while the standout feature of this room is a cat pass integrated into the door for their pets.
