Founded out of a passion for bicycles, VanMoof is a dynamic Dutch company that has garnered multiple design awards and is driven by a desire for innovation. With a skilled and youthful development team and a novel global business model, VanMoof has secured €19 million in funding and now sells all its products exclusively through digital platforms. What we accomplished: Collaborating closely with VanMoof, Tenten provided a comprehensive service that included development, deployment on a global server via Amazon Web Services, user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) design, and technology implementation. The website supports over six languages and features a content management system (CMS) that allows our client to easily manage content and text. A key feature of the website is its ability to let users customize and select the bike that best suits their needs, facilitating a productive exchange between users and VanMoof. Fun and functional: During the design phase of the VanMoof website, we aimed to create a shopping experience that was both enjoyable and practical, presenting information clearly and accessibly. This aspect is vital for the payment process, so we analyzed user experiences to design a payment page that allows users to complete sign-up and checkout without needing to navigate away. By simplifying the checkout procedure, we enabled users to spend less time on this step, enhancing the preorder experience. Results: The website and promotional campaign we developed in collaboration with VanMoof generated a remarkable profit of €1 million within the first month. This success earned them the nickname "The Tesla of electric bikes." Tenten has managed their digital branding design strategy for over three years, helping VanMoof evolve into a globally focused e-commerce brand.

FarEastone Telecom

In late 2019, FET, the leading telecommunications provider in Taiwan, reached out to our team to revamp their mobile application, which was used by 600,000 active users each month. The aim was to create a platform that offered a diverse range of services, including entertainment, gaming, food, and shopping. **The Process** Collaborating with the leadership team at FarEastone Telecom, we facilitated a series of workshops to establish business objectives and explore how the new app could help realize their vision. As existing users of FET, we possessed valuable insights into enhancing the design's accessibility and improving the information architecture, ultimately benefitting both new and current users across Taiwan. **The Solution** Guided by the principle of delivering "the right information at the right time," we aimed to develop a robust, multifunctional app without overwhelming users. Our teams worked together to outline new features that would enhance the user experience and set FET apart from its rivals. One key feature we introduced was the Life Circle section, enabling users to exchange points for rewards related to food and entertainment.
