The challenge: A leading financial services firm's Human Capital Management team was looking for a quicker method to reconnect with candidates who had been inactive in their applicant tracking system (ATS) during a hiring freeze. As many as 70-80 qualified candidates were left in the system, and upon resuming hiring, the firm lacked an efficient process to check their availability.
