The Tenant Agency

The Tenant Agency (TTA) was established with the core belief that we exclusively serve commercial real estate Tenants with integrity at all times. By solely representing Tenants and never engaging with Landlords, we maintain objectivity and negotiate more effectively for the Tenant's advantage. TTA's commitment to a conflict-free approach removes any concerns about loyalty throughout the real estate process. This principle enables us to think both creatively and objectively in various situations, whether it's renewing, renegotiating, expanding, contracting, relocating, or disposing of a lease. We are firmly on the side of the Tenant. What sets us apart from our competitors? TTA takes pride in our strong presence in the Washington, DC and Baltimore areas, and we are uniquely organized to offer top-notch services to local office users. We provide essential integrated services, such as Forensic Lease Audits, Strategic Planning, and Project Management, which are typically available only to national or global clients. To ensure we deliver the highest quality service to clients with out-of-market needs, TTA collaborates with leading partners in each market, ensuring the right team is in place, all while maintaining our conflict-free philosophy.
