I began my path to becoming a finance and money coach in 2016. At that time in my career, I felt quite dissatisfied with my work. I realized I wanted to focus more on personal finance, so I spoke with several individuals to explore my options. Most of the advisors I encountered in my area seemed primarily interested in selling me whole life insurance or required a minimum amount of investable assets.

OUR STORY
Christine Teh, founder of Teh Financial Coaching, is passionate about guiding others toward financial freedom. Frustrated by advisors focused on commissions or asset thresholds, she chose to become a coach who empowers clients to manage their own finances regardless of portfolio size. Starting by assisting friends and family for free in 2016, Christine transitioned to full-time coaching after leaving her corporate role at Visa in 2019. An IRS Enrolled Agent and Certified Money Coach®, she now offers comprehensive services including debt management, budgeting, investment education, retirement and tax planning.
