**Summary & Goals** We assisted the agency MKTG in successfully pitching for Coca-Cola Zero Sugar in the UK, resulting in TED Staffing being designated as the official partner for technology, staffing, and logistics for the campaign so far. In 2017, we faced the significant challenge of recruiting over 2 million new consumers for the brand while promoting responsible recycling practices. - Conduct a nationwide sampling initiative to attract a substantial number of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar drinkers - Operate in crucial retail, transportation, urban, sporting, and entertainment venues - Develop a technology platform to monitor key metrics in real time - Maintain temperature control for all samples consistently - Ensure compliance with established KPIs regarding key messages **The Approach** We handpicked, trained, and managed a team of Coca-Cola Brand Heroes who shared a passion for conservation and sustainability, as indicated by their assessments. More than 1,400 brand ambassadors collaborated with us across various locations and events. **Overview & Goals** The aim is to effectively engage and educate families in the UK about the new Nintendo Switch console, promoting trials and sales while strengthening the Nintendo UK community. • Facilitate meaningful interactions and trial experiences for over 400,000 families in the UK • Attain widespread awareness across the entire nation • Highlight new game releases throughout the year • Generate content for the community and beyond **Strategy** TED planned, organized, and executed a two-year roadshow featuring a touring trial experience, reaching all major towns and cities in the UK at least once. A modular stand was designed to accommodate various site layouts, remaining open on all sides to attract the flow of visitors in malls and gaming events. The stand’s design paid close visual tribute to the product, serving as an effective draw for passing crowds. It featured a quick-assembly design without screws or bolts, which helped save time and costs during setup. TED Staffing carefully selected and trained enthusiastic gamers and Nintendo fans to ensure a top-notch consumer experience at the stand—educating parents while kids played and had fun. To stimulate sales, TED collaborated with GAME and other retailers to provide instant prizes and bundled offers for customers making purchases on-site. The initiative aimed to effectively transition consumers from 'consideration' to 'purchase' through tailored experiences that showcased the Nintendo Switch's advantages for families and gamers. **Outcomes** The initiative was active from June to December, leading to 144 activation days, over 210,000 engagements, a directional return on investment exceeding 400%, trials of over 22 game titles, and presence in more than 36 cities and towns.
