TechRam specializes in creating workflow automation and operational infrastructure for mid-sized Australian SMEs by utilizing Microsoft 365. We do not function as a Managed Service Provider (MSP), software seller, or reseller. Instead, we serve as the integration and workflow layer that connects the systems clients already have, such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, and Azure. Many providers are investing in Microsoft 365 licenses that go unused while also purchasing additional SaaS tools to address needs that M365 can already fulfill. We bridge that gap. Our method begins with leveraging what is already included in existing licenses before suggesting any new solutions, ensuring that clients acquire permanent, owned solutions without ongoing per-user subscription fees. Our fixed-scope projects include automation for workforce lifecycle processes (like onboarding and offboarding), compliance tracking, document management, cloud cost optimization, and interdepartmental operational workflows. Each project adheres to a structured delivery framework that encompasses assessment, workflow mapping, operational blueprint development, build sprints, team adoption, and go-live assistance. We focus solely on providers with 50 to 300 office employees—large enough to feel the burdens of manual processes and SaaS proliferation, yet small enough for a single, well-designed system to have a significant impact throughout the organization. Our base is in Sydney, and we provide remote-first delivery across Australia.
