Techcronus collaborated with a client in the US to develop a system for controlling and managing a VR Gaming Machine, consisting of two software applications: 1) An Admin Panel that allows the management of roles, devices, locations, games, game mapping, as well as monitoring payment and user gaming history, and 2) Software for the VR Machine that operates the headset motor, VR goggles, and card payment system to facilitate gameplay. **Admin Portal Features:** - The admin can create users and assign roles to them. - The admin can add new devices and manage their online/offline and active/inactive statuses. - The admin can specify the locations of devices within specific arcades and manage the active/inactive status of those locations. - The admin has control over the VR games available for the arcade devices. - The admin can set or modify the playtime duration for each game after successful payment. - The admin can assign VR games to individual users. - The admin manages game mapping for each device. - Payment methods can be managed by the admin, including online payments, QR code scans, and NFC card transactions (debit/credit). - The admin oversees the VR game cards of all users. - The admin can track the number of VR games played on each device and their durations. - All payment transactions for each VR game played by users are monitored by the admin. **Gaming Players Features:** - Users in the arcade can browse the list of available VR games on the gaming machine. - To play a VR game, users must make a payment through QR code scanning, online payment, or NFC cards. - After successful payment, users gain access to the VR controller and VR glasses to play the game for a predetermined time set by the admin. - Once the allotted game time ends, the VR controller and glasses automatically retract.
