**BACKGROUND** Please provide an overview of your company and your role. Jungleesale.com is an online platform that facilitates peer-to-peer rentals across various categories. I am the Founder and have been leading the company for the past year. Our primary market is India, where we are currently operational in New Delhi and Gurgaon. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** What prompted your company to engage Tech Fi Technologies? We collaborated with Tech Fi Technologies to manage our entire web development process. They created our full website and backend system, and they continue to offer support for its maintenance. What were your objectives for this project? Our aim was to establish an online system that operates without the need for personal interactions. Additionally, we required a backend system capable of generating comprehensive reports and managing our users. **SOLUTION** How did you choose this vendor? We selected Tech Fi Technologies after reviewing their portfolio, which impressed us with the quality of their software and website development. Given their expertise in creating e-commerce sites, which aligns closely with our project, we decided to engage their services. Their pricing was also competitive, with rates that were reasonable without being excessively high or low. Can you describe the project and the services they offered in detail? They constructed our entire front end and backend. The process began with the design of PSDs for the frontend, which was followed by the HTML development. Several iterations occurred, leading to numerous modifications in the HTML, and after a specified timeline, we finalized the design phase. Subsequently, the backend development commenced, incorporating all the desired features and functionalities, as everything was clearly documented before the project started. What was the team structure? The team that worked on my project comprised about four members: one web designer, two web developers, and one database expert. There was also a team lead who oversaw the project and maintained communication with me throughout. A key highlight was the founder, Mr. Mayank, who regularly sought my feedback and was actively involved, which I believe contributed to the project’s timely completion. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you share any details that reflect the project's impact on your business? The portal is the core of our company, and we are extremely satisfied with it. They performed exceptionally well during its development. How was project management organized, and how effective was it? As mentioned, the involvement of Mr. Mayank, who consistently sought my feedback, was crucial. This engagement greatly contributed to the project being completed on schedule and managed effectively. What impressed you most about this company? The team, the quality of work, adherence to deadlines, and overall management. Are there any areas for improvement? Yes, I would recommend that they aim to deliver projects ahead of schedule. Although they met the deadline for my project, the time taken was somewhat longer than expected, for instance, completing a task that could have been done in 7 days in 10 days. However, since they fulfilled their commitment, I believe it is unfair to criticize them too harshly for this.
