Prift is a company based in the United Kingdom with a vision to leverage available components on Salesforce to create a project that provides financial advice for both businesses and their employees. ABOUT SALESFORCE Salesforce is a powerful tool with extensive capabilities, serving as a leading CRM system that offers a comprehensive view of customers by integrating ready-made solutions for customer service, sales automation, and marketing standardization on a single platform. It is designed to help businesses achieve impressive sales outcomes quickly. CHALLENGE The project's goal was to develop a minimum viable product (MVP) that demonstrates the full integration of Prift with Salesforce, incorporating open banking and open finance to facilitate online financial advice. SOLUTION The MVP development focuses on showcasing the navigation and key components that matter to the customer, allowing them to visualize the impact of the essential functionalities on their product. It incorporates 20 components. IMPLEMENTATION METHOD The process involved developing navigation, outlining appropriate tasks in the backlog to describe functionalities, and proceeding with the integration of components to create the final MVP with a complete view and smooth transitions. This was executed using an Agile model. RESULT Team Connect successfully developed a ready-to-present MVP model for Prift to showcase to potential investors, in alignment with the company’s guidelines and expectations.
