Whitelabel Performance Marketing Deparment

Unknown

The client operates a marketing agency that specializes in the health, wealth, and happiness sectors. They collaborate with several large healthcare organizations, including hospital networks, as well as various B2B healthcare technology firms. However, the agency lacks an internal paid media team and requires specialized knowledge to manage complex healthcare accounts across various channels. TCJC stepped in to develop and implement a multi-channel strategy for 15 clients, focusing on SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social, while also maintaining direct client interaction. TCJC stands out as a performance marketing consultancy due to its ability to engage directly with clients, which is a key factor in the ongoing success of this initiative.

eCommerce agency needed help until they could hire

Unknown

A rapidly growing eCommerce agency faced challenges in hiring due to the tough job market, which made the process time-consuming. To address this, they turned to TCJC to manage their overflow accounts. Additionally, the agency entrusted TCJC with their most complex and significant accounts to free up capacity for their team. They were impressed with TCJC’s capability to connect analytical tasks to client needs and enhance account value. Their satisfaction led them to engage TCJC for further work, including training their internal team and assisting with the hiring and onboarding of new employees.

Inbound Marketing Agency needed paid media help

Unknown

This HubSpot certified marketing agency required assistance in two areas: 1. They needed support with managing the PPC side of their clients' accounts. 2. They sought help in locating qualified account managers. TCJC was able to onboard in under 7 days and effectively managed the accounts. Additionally, TCJC found an account manager and provided two weeks of training before assigning them to the inbound marketing agency. This account manager has since become one of their top employees.
