OUR STORY
TangentVector began in 2009, founded by three individuals who defied conventional paths. JF Musial, passionate about cars beyond their mechanics to their cultural and emotional significance, teamed up with childhood friend Josh Vietze, whose interests lay in digital art and emerging technologies transforming visual storytelling. At college, JF met Christian Schnedler, both feeling constrained by traditional careers. Inspired by a professor's advice during dinner to embrace failure, and amid the 2008 financial crisis that shattered career security, they recognized the shift from print and broadcast to online automotive media. TangentVector was created as a nimble, rapidly executing team of creators immersed in automotive culture, delivering high-quality video content and distinguishing themselves on YouTube.
