About the Team
OUR STORY
Tandem Innovation Group was founded in 2017 to address entrepreneurs' need for collaborative partners beyond traditional finance and accounting support. Co-CEOs Tania Lo and Renee Mitchell lead a dedicated in-house team that works closely with scaling purpose-driven businesses and nonprofits to build sustainable and resilient organizations. Originally a community-based network of over 400 independent consultants offering diverse expertise, Tandem evolved to focus on transforming operations and teams for lasting regenerative impact. Their approach centers on reciprocal relationships, supporting business leaders during moments of transition by providing strategic planning, consistent processes, and collaborative partnership, all aimed at fostering an ecological economy where businesses act as communities and leaders serve as stewards.
