Jaime's journey began with a desire to connect with people, initially pursuing a career as a high school business teacher. During her studies at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, she discovered a passion for Human Resources, leading her to earn dual degrees in Secondary Education and Business Administration. She advanced her career by obtaining an MBA from the University of Nebraska - Omaha and took on progressively responsible roles in local organizations. Committed to empowering employees at all levels, Jaime focuses on developing individuals to reach their full potential. Beyond her professional life, she actively contributes to her community by serving on various boards, including the UNO Alumni Association and local school and neighborhood organizations.
