My journey began in Queenstown, combining graphic design and bookkeeping alongside a lawyer-accountant partner, enriched by diplomas in Computing, Programming, Graphic and Web Design. This blend of technical and creative skills shaped my practical, user-focused approach. My career advanced at the Ministry of Social Development, where I managed web design projects and led a team through a demanding environment. Later roles at Tait Communications and a hostel network broadened my industry experience from corporate to tourism. Following redundancy prompted by Covid, I embraced freelancing to merge my expertise with direct client engagement. Committed to sustainability, I prioritize efficient, high-performance web design that minimizes digital waste and energy consumption, reflecting my values beyond aesthetics.
