Notable achievements of SyntecX include mapping all financial agents in the Philippines to promote universal financial inclusion through digital innovation; leading the implementation of Network Location-Based Services (LBS) across all Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) in Pakistan; developing a converged communications and campaign system (PRISM) for the country's largest broadband provider; creating a Customer Relationship Management and self-service portal/app for an Etisalat Group Mobile Network Operator; overseeing the complete SMS communication management for a state-owned telecom operator; establishing and managing a network of Digital Franchise Post Offices (DFPO) for Pakistan Post; and creating a KPI monitoring dashboard for the World Bank and the Government of Sindh, along with an Asset Monitoring and Management System for Unilever, among others.
