In the early days of my first service company, I encountered the term "over promised and under delivered." Three different agencies claimed they would bring my small business a tremendous number of customers and traffic. However, none of them followed through, and the few customers who did reach out through our marketing efforts were often unqualified and inquiring about services we didn't offer. Faced with mounting bills and a family relying on my success, I had to find a way to get the phone ringing. I dedicated myself to earning various certifications, attending classes, workshops, live streams, and round tables, and I developed strategies that not only helped my small business pay its bills but also allowed it to thrive in the market. Within three years, my small business transformed into a multi-million dollar service company. As my company grew, I assisted many other businesses in developing strategies to excel in their markets, which led to the founding of Surge Digital Marketing. Now, my goal is to support as many service-based businesses as possible.
