**Issue**: The RNR team is focused on artist management, which includes handling contracts and finances. This was previously managed using outdated custom software, Excel spreadsheets, and paper, leading to a heavy reliance on human resources and frequent mistakes. Their objective was to develop a comprehensive CRM system for the agency to replace these obsolete methods. They aimed for a system that would enhance process management and automation, thereby alleviating the workload on their team. **Solution**: The RNR Arts Agency project was carefully planned with a detailed software specification. However, we chose an agile approach to facilitate quick and effective development. We operated in two-week sprints, consistently delivering new modules and features. This rapid feedback process enabled us to adapt the specifications flexibly, ensuring that practical solutions were implemented. In this project, we developed software that enables the agency to manage its business processes effortlessly. We also created a partner portal for clients to access all necessary information, reducing the need for staff to dedicate time to these inquiries. The outcome is a sophisticated and efficient system that has greatly improved the agency's productivity and client relations. Key software features include:

**Issue**: Our client opted to upgrade their old system to new, browser-based software that is user-friendly and facilitates the management and automation of certain business processes. The software needed to be tailored specifically for their operations and effectively support their daily activities. It was essential for the new software to be intuitive, dependable, and capable of addressing the client's issues, allowing them to enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization. **Resolution**: We began by identifying the client's unique needs and challenges through a series of specification workshops. This approach provided us with a comprehensive understanding of their business processes and the functionalities they required. Initially, we thoroughly evaluated the client's needs, which guided us in designing the software modules, data structure, and features. Throughout the development and testing phases, we maintained regular communication with the client to ensure close collaboration and responsiveness to their business demands. Utilizing client feedback, we fine-tuned and optimized the software, ensuring the final product aligned with their expectations and objectives. Our methodologies and the effective communication we established allowed us to address the client's challenges successfully, resulting in a customized, modern, and efficient case management system that fully satisfies their requirements. **Key features of the software:**

**Problem:** Our client required a new system to provide theatres with a modern and efficient platform for managing show and performance data, as well as a method for audience members to rate performances. The first level is designated for "Theatre admin" users, who oversee theatre management. They are tasked with managing and updating their own theatre and performance information, including performance dates, cast details, ticket pricing, and other essential data. The second level is for "Evaluator" users, who attend performances as audience members and complete a detailed evaluation form afterward. This form enables them to assess the play and the performers. The system then compiles statistics and ratings based on these evaluations, helping theatres to gain insight into audience preferences and needs. Lastly, "Administrators" manage all subordinate users and are tasked with overseeing registrations, invitations, and the approval or rejection of reviews and profiles according to specific guidelines. **Solution:** In developing the solution, we started with an existing design plan, which was then refined to meet the client's specific requirements. Due to time limitations, we focused on completing the development process swiftly and efficiently. To achieve this, we chose the Strapi CMS application, which allowed for the rapid implementation of the database structure and API design. Key features of the software include:
