Morphe aimed to boost their traffic, which already reached millions of monthly visitors, by integrating the extensive reach of their social media influencers' video content into their Shopify store. They approached Sunrise Integration to make their marketing videos and tutorials shoppable on their website, simplifying and enhancing the shopping experience for customers looking to purchase makeup products. To achieve this, our goal was to seamlessly integrate products within Morphe’s video content and display it on their Shopify store. By creating a designated video section on their site, customers were provided with an engaging and interactive experience featuring both the Morphe brand and their influencers. This tailored solution promoted increased sales and interaction, reinforcing Morphe's image as an innovative brand. The Sunrise Integration team took the following steps: - Developed a custom Shopify theme for the video landing page utilizing the Shopify blog engine with Morphe’s YouTube channel videos. - Built a feature that showcased shoppable, time-stamped products alongside the videos. - Created a video popup feature that allowed videos to continue playing while users scrolled through the landing page. - Maintained ADA compliance by including video transcriptions. - Ensured a seamless UI/UX in the video section, including a related video area to promote additional browsing and product exposure. As a result of this collaboration, Morphe, which had already successfully utilized influencer marketing, was able to elevate its approach. We crafted a visually appealing gallery of influencer-driven video content that allowed customers to purchase products directly from the video page. Consequently, Morphe was able to provide an enhanced online shopping experience that set them apart from competitors.

At a glance, Pitney Bowes is a prominent, century-old company with billions in revenue, specializing in postage, shipping, and international logistics. They acquired Borderfree, a firm that facilitates international sales and shipping for US businesses. We identified an opportunity for Pitney Bowes and Borderfree to enhance their services with a tailored order management system (OMS) app, enabling their clients to ship globally with greater ease and efficiency. The challenge arose as more of Pitney's customers expressed the need for an installable app compatible with their preferred shopping cart platforms. We established a collaboration with Pitney to create a dedicated OMS for Shopify merchants in diverse sectors. Prior to this partnership, there was no effective method to transfer order data smoothly between their systems and Shopify. After multiple discussions, we standardized our app to address this requirement and streamline their operations. Our solution involved developing a robust custom OMS app. Following a detailed discovery phase with the Pitney Bowes team, we created a Shopify OMS middleware for cross-border retail, named Global OMS. This service automatically synchronizes order imports, manages product feeds, and sends shipment tracking notifications between Shopify and Pitney Bowes and Borderfree. It is a scalable, comprehensive global ecommerce system designed for international enterprise retail. With Global OMS, Pitney Bowes and Borderfree can tailor their domestic websites for international customers, localizing aspects such as currency, languages, and pricing, while also integrating cross-border logistics and providing global customer support. The result has been significant uptake by major brands. Global OMS is a multi-tenant SaaS application utilized by several well-known Pitney Bowes clients on Shopify, including Rebecca Minkoff, RevTown, Good American, and Frame.

Live Nation chose to collaborate with Sunrise Integration due to our team’s established success in addressing large enterprise challenges and our close location to their headquarters in Los Angeles. **The Challenge** - Integrating Single Sign-On with Multiple SaaS Applications With a significant presence in eCommerce and numerous Shopify Plus stores for event merchandise sales, Live Nation aimed to simplify the purchasing process for their employees on Shopify Plus. They employed several SaaS platforms for managing these purchases, including Shopify Plus, Okta, and Workday (HR management system). Our team needed to successfully integrate these systems while ensuring employees had the correct access and discounts. **The Solution** - A Custom Middleware Tool for Automation Sunrise Integration developed a tailored middleware tool to automate all the software in Live Nation's technology ecosystem. Additionally, the Shopify Plus employee stores were customized to accommodate the varying HR access needs by event and department. **The Outcome** As a result of the new custom middleware and integration, Live Nation has enhanced its backend process for employee purchases in their stores. This innovation has replaced a previously labor-intensive process with an efficient web-based solution for staff to buy merchandise.
