Our Narrative We are Studio Ubique, a Dutch–Indian web design team that operates primarily remotely and has been creating high-performing websites and applications since 2012. Our close-knit teams, consisting of 3 to 4 senior specialists along with a bench of over 20 experts, combine UX strategy, graphic and mobile design, as well as custom frontend, backend, and DevOps to achieve more than 500 launches, garner award-winning UX, and earn top ratings on platforms like Clutch, Sortlist, and Google. Studio Ubique collaborated with a prominent iGaming provider to create a high-performance sportsbook UI design and front end for live betting. The aim was straightforward: to develop an interface that remains stable during rapid odds changes, featuring a clear, user-friendly, and scalable theme system suitable for multiple regions. Challenges faced included a chaotic existing sportsbook with cluttered layouts, slow price updates, and unstable theme overrides that failed during seasonal campaigns. Users struggled to quickly scan odds, the layout changed unpredictably during gameplay, and the UI suffered from accessibility and structural issues. To address these problems, we developed Neon Slate, an efficient, high-contrast sportsbook front end designed for speed, reliability, and clarity. Our efforts encompassed UX, UI, and complete front-end development, including a tokenized design system for easy rebranding, a component library for odds, markets, betslips, onboarding, and wallet flows, as well as responsive layouts for both desktop and mobile with 60 fps live updates. We focused on compact, legible typography and optimized motion for quick response times, ensuring accessibility with a 4.5:1 contrast ratio, clearly defined focus states, and ARIA live regions, along with built-in localization and multi-currency support. Our tech stack comprised Vue.js components, HTML5 structure, SCSS theming, GSAP for micro-motion, and virtualization for handling long lists. The designs were crafted in Figma, with tokens exported to JSON/SCSS for consistency between design and implementation. The results included a 28-34% reduction in time-to-first-bet on mobile, decreased layout shift (CLS < 0.07), faster loading times for live pages, and fewer support inquiries regarding "lost selections." Ultimately, this sportsbook UI design and front end demonstration that a clean structure, smooth animations, and token-based systems can transform a dynamic betting environment into a seamless and reliable experience.

Custom B2B WordPress Website for Pine Tree Lane Studio Ubique collaborated with Pine Tree Lane, a luxury interior design and custom furniture studio, to develop a sophisticated custom B2B WordPress website that reflects their craftsmanship and sophistication. The objective was to update their outdated 2012 site into a modern, conversion-driven digital showroom that embodies the timeless nature of their interiors. Challenges Pine Tree Lane's previous website was unwieldy, visually unappealing, and difficult to maintain. It failed to showcase their expertise in bespoke interiors and did not effectively direct visitors to make inquiries. They required a clean, organized, and mobile-friendly platform that simultaneously conveyed their story and generated business impact. Resay: Tailored Web Application for Enhanced Workflows Studio Ubique developed a comprehensive custom web application for Resay, a non-profit aimed at optimizing internal processes.
