One of the key objectives in our marketing plan was to simplify their brand and business presentation to customers. We thoroughly explored various strategies during brainstorming sessions with their team. Together, we developed a unique value proposition that clearly articulated their services, distinguished them from competitors, and resonated emotionally with potential customers: “Gain time, space, and security with our document scanning, document management, and workflow automation solutions.” Based on this UVP, we crafted an impactful tagline highlighting benefits: “Boost Productivity with a Paperless Office.” For their website design, we aimed to reflect the organization and simplicity they provide to their clients. We selected a color palette that suggested harmony and smooth transitions, incorporating ample white space and subtle light gray backgrounds to create an uncluttered aesthetic, allowing text and images to stand out. ScannedDocs.com now operates on WordPress, which provides their team with a wide array of options for managing content, easily creating new pages, and implementing new features that improve the website over time. After nearly 25 years of expertise in software design, the PRO Landscape team reached out to us with high expectations for their new custom web design, a challenge we eagerly embraced! **Strategy** From the outset, we partnered with the PRO Landscape team to thoroughly understand the shortcomings of their existing website, their target audience profiles, and their impressive range of software products. With a solid business identity already in place, our team concentrated on design planning that would effectively convey their unique value proposition. **Design** Given PRO Landscape's global presence, they encounter significant competition, necessitating a truly unique custom web design that reflects their brand, grabs users' attention, and optimally converts them into leads. We opted for a bold, nature-inspired color palette that aligns closely with the software's purpose (landscape design) and keeps users engaged as they explore the company’s offerings. To help users visualize the software in use, we developed several custom device graphics showcasing actual screenshots on various Apple, Samsung, and Microsoft tablets. **Development** Migrating PRO Landscape's website to WordPress allows them to leverage a comprehensive content management system, enabling easy updates to content and images, a multitude of design and functionality options, and extensive support from the well-established WordPress developer community.
