As former COO and CFO of STL Digital, he oversaw critical functions such as accounting, financial planning, treasury, and business operations, while spearheading innovative business models and fostering high-performance teams to drive excellence and profitability. Before STL Digital, Naveen led Global Business Operations for Tata Consultancy Services' HiTech unit, managing a P&L surpassing USD 1.5 billion and contributing substantially to the unit's growth through strategic leadership. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Mysore and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
