Netflix Operating Billing Integration

Virgin

**Project Purpose** In response to the increasing demand for streaming services, Netflix initiated a strategic collaboration with telecommunications companies to broaden its customer reach. The goal was to create an efficient and secure billing integration system. **What We Did** Leveraging its expertise in billing integration and secure payment solutions, Startappz developed an intuitive interface that allowed telecom customers to easily pay for their Netflix subscriptions using their existing operator billing accounts. This integration removed the necessity for customers to submit additional payment details or engage in separate billing procedures, thus streamlining the payment process. The solution provided by Startappz ensured that payments were processed smoothly, efficiently, and securely. Customers only needed to select the operator billing option when paying for Netflix, and the system would effortlessly handle the transaction by deducting the subscription fee from their telecom account. This simplified payment method not only improved the customer experience but also added an extra layer of security by utilizing the reliable infrastructure of telecom operators. **Success Story** The collaboration between Netflix and telecom companies, enhanced by Startappz's contributions, resulted in a more accessible and user-friendly streaming experience for customers. The billing integration solution enabled telecom customers to pay for their Netflix subscriptions seamlessly and securely, simplifying the payment process and increasing customer satisfaction.

Lemune - Quick commerce

**Project Purpose** Lemune, the first q-commerce grocery app in Baghdad, Iraq, is revolutionizing the shopping experience. The app allows users to effortlessly order groceries from their mobile devices. With an intuitive interface, Lemune offers a wide variety of high-quality products, making it easy for customers to find everything they need with just a few clicks. Users can browse through various categories, compare prices, and read detailed product descriptions to make informed choices. Lemune prioritizes fast and dependable delivery, ensuring that customers receive their groceries right at their doorsteps. Say goodbye to the hassles of traditional grocery shopping and welcome the convenience of Lemune. The app sets a new benchmark for grocery shopping in Baghdad with secure payment options and outstanding customer service, simplifying life for residents and boosting their overall satisfaction. **What We Did** Startappz partnered with Lemune to develop this innovative grocery app. Utilizing our skills in UX design, development, quality assurance, and digital consulting, we have successfully created a platform that offers users a seamless shopping experience that is sure to impress. **Success Story** In just one year of operation, Lemune has become the largest e-supermarket in Iraq, attracting over 250,000 customers and solidifying its status as a preferred choice for shoppers nationwide. As Lemune continues to grow and diversify its offerings, it is well-positioned to remain a leading platform for grocery shopping in Iraq.
