Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine

The Diia app serves as "a digital state" designed to streamline interactions between Ukrainian citizens and public services. Currently, it offers the world's first fully legalized digital versions of a passport, student ID, taxpayer card, driver's license, technical passport, and birth certificate. Within the first three months of launch, the app garnered over 3 million downloads. We developed the product's visual concept, deconstructed various paper document components, studied similar applications, and created a design for electronic documents. Over the years, we have supported the expansion of services available within the app. Users can, for example, pay taxes and fines, access most public services, and share documents such as vehicle technical passports, IDP certificates, and both domestic and international COVID-19 certificates. Dom.Ria. Product redesign & design system

Dom.Ria

DOM.RIA is a leading digital platform for buying and renting verified real estate across Ukraine. Its primary focus is on the verified real estate market in the country. To ensure accuracy, their inspectors personally photograph each room and the views from windows, capture 360-degree panoramic images, and verify the address, area, and pricing of apartments. Our main objective was to enhance the product by making it more contemporary, cohesive, and user-friendly. We began with extensive research on the market, analytics, target audience, and the product itself, allowing us to identify the needs and challenges of the target audience, the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, and potential growth opportunities for our new product concept. As a result, we completely revamped the platform, developed a prototype for key business-driven processes, and created a new digital design system that is easily scalable for future sub-products and pages. BetterMe Health & Fitness platform

BetterMe is a collection of fitness and health apps that ranks among the top five globally in terms of downloads. We interviewed hundreds of individuals from various countries to understand their challenges and requirements, which helped us transform a notable BetterMe product into an exceptional brand that caters to its diverse multimillion audience. We also undertook a comprehensive redesign of our flagship products based on market research, user feedback, and a refreshed brand identity, and developed a design system for the entire app family. Consequently, after the relaunch of BetterMe Mental Health with our new design, the retention rate improved by 1.5 times.
