Public organizations are required to inform us about their activities, including planning, licensing, roadwork, and various other tasks. Previously, they relied on newspapers for this purpose, which proved to be costly and inefficient. We created a website and later an app that enables the public to register at no cost and stay updated on local events. This approach is more convenient for the public and significantly reduces expenses for the organizations involved, benefiting everyone.

Audit Scotland engaged us to create a new website aimed at delivering a more appealing and user-friendly experience for visitors, all while preserving the extensive information from the previous site. This task required the migration of hundreds of pages and thousands of documents. Although compliance was important, the main challenge was developing a flexible and scalable framework capable of handling the large volume of documents and data produced by Audit Scotland for public access. To address this, we implemented a robust yet user-friendly content management system along with a searchable database—essential resources to facilitate the organization’s interaction with the public.

MyJobScotland

We created MyJobScotland to meet the hiring requirements of Scotland’s 32 councils. This platform provides a more efficient avenue for employers while enhancing the application experience for candidates. During the development, we collaborated closely with our ATS partner Lumesse, along with a User Intelligence Group and various experts in HR, SEO, and marketing. The outcome is a fully responsive Drupal site that has garnered multiple new awards for our collection.
