Driving Leads and Acquisition for eComm Dog Brand
As a leading brand in the e-commerce dog camera market, Furbo had developed a strong social media presence and gained significant public relations attention. However, as more dog owners began working from home during the pandemic, the primary appeal of the product diminished, leading to a significant drop in promotional efforts and audience engagement. During our year-long collaboration with Furbo, we initiated a cause marketing campaign focused on animal welfare, encouraging our community to make positive contributions to fellow humans, animals, and the environment. Through the Furbo For Good Charity Fund, we revitalized the brand’s commitment to ensuring the safety of all dogs, both at home and outside. We also engaged influencers whose audiences matched Furbo’s target demographics. By closely monitoring metrics and performance, we optimized high-performing content and influencer partnerships, retargeting leads with advertisements to drive further growth. Here are our noteworthy results:
- We shaped the social strategy, established influencer partnerships, created landing pages, and developed brand initiatives for the Furbo For Good Charity Fund, achieving over 3,200 leads, more than 3.5 million impressions, and over 15,000 engagements.
- Instagram Stories views surged by 1,300%, reaching nearly 2 million from the previous year.
- There were more than 45,000 link clicks to the shop, resulting in sales exceeding $88.5k during Black Friday.
- The campaign achieved a return on ad spend of 5.76, while the brand’s internal paid team maintained a ROAS of 2.79.
- The influencer campaign yielded a conversion rate of 4.75%.
