OPEN'ER Festival mobile app & management system

Alter Art

We collaborated with Alter Art, the organizer of the OPEN'ER Festival, to develop a mobile app and advanced IT tools for event management. Our solutions enable the festival organizers to efficiently oversee attendee management. The system facilitates the verification of access rights to the festival grounds and its various areas. It gathers information from different ticketing systems, updates personal ticket details in real time, and compares entrance and exit data. Furthermore, it fully automates health monitoring related to COVID-19. Festival attendees can use our mobile app, which simplifies entry procedures, aids navigation across the large venue, and allows them to plan their activities within the extensive lineup of music and additional attractions. In cases where attendance at certain events is limited, our app also provides booking support.

Learning System Management web app

Germanicus

We developed a tailored Learning Management System web application for Germanicus, an online language school. This application supports the school's faculty and students by enabling lesson calendar organization, remote enrollment and cancellation of sessions, and sharing of study materials. Scope: Our solutions empower Germanicus to effectively oversee its students and staff. The system allows for the creation of accounts for both teachers and students, each with specific permissions that aid in optimizing schedules and organizing all relevant documents, such as contracts and invoices. We prioritized the user-friendliness of the management panel, considering the needs of the end-users. Through UX testing and interviews, we refined the panel to better meet the actual requirements of teachers, students, and the school’s administrative team.
