Initial situation: The multichannel retailer Klingel relied on an outdated legacy system for its purchasing, inventory, and order processes. Initial situation: Our client, Klingel Mailorder, a prominent retailer in Germany, was set to retire their legacy hosting system as part of a Greenfield initiative and a larger digitization effort. However, just four months prior to the launch date of the Greenfield project, the essential task of managing customer data for distributing advertising materials had not been incorporated into any ongoing project efforts. With the deadline approaching, it became critical to devise a solution for this vital aspect of their marketing strategy.
