The SOIL Institute of Management was founded in 2008 when top executives from various corporations and spiritual leaders came together to tackle the significant challenge of transforming today's realities for a better future. Co-created by 32 prominent companies and supported by 25 NGOs, SOIL aims to cultivate leaders who possess character, competence, and enthusiasm. We believe that businesses can generate social benefits, promote ecological balance, foster holistic development, and enhance international relations through inspired actions in their everyday operations. Our educational approach is designed to instill inspired thinking, leading to proactive behaviors in future business leaders who will positively impact social well-being, ecological sustainability, and shareholder interests.

OUR STORY
Founded in 2008 through a unique partnership of corporate leaders and spiritual thinkers, SOIL Institute of Management is dedicated to developing leaders who balance character, competence, and passion. Supported by 32 companies and 25 NGOs, SOIL champions the belief that business can be a transformative force for social good, ecological sustainability, and inclusive value creation. Starting with 58 students, the institute has expanded its programs, including collaborations with international institutions and the launch of its Business Design school in 2019. Their holistic approach nurtures awareness through mindfulness, supports sustainability, fosters compassion via social innovation, embraces diversity using psychometric insights, and embeds ethics into all endeavors. SOIL nurtures purposeful, ethical leaders prepared to tackle contemporary business challenges with integrity and enthusiasm.
