Benefit Systems is a Polish firm that aids employers in effectively motivating their workforce and encouraging personal growth, physical activity, and a healthy lifestyle. The core idea of Benefit Systems' business model is to provide individuals with options to achieve a better work-life balance. In 2015, we ventured into Bulgaria to transform how local companies motivate their employees. Our flagship product is the MultiSport card, an employee benefit program offering access to numerous gyms, studios, and swimming pools throughout Bulgaria. This subscription-based card enables users to utilize any facility within our network. I serve as the Marketing Manager. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** What prompted your company to hire Sofyma? We needed to overhaul and update our existing marketing website for the local market, as the design was outdated, and many features required significant improvements. We were in search of a provider to redesign, develop, and maintain the new website. What goals did you have for this project? Our objectives included creating a modern, bilingual, responsive website that aligned with WordPress CMS, as that was our primary technical requirement. The most significant outcome was the increase in leads generated. After launching the website, we saw a nearly 30% monthly increase in leads in a short timeframe. The site was effectively designed to meet our acquisition objectives, resulting in a higher conversion rate. **How was project management structured and what was its effectiveness?** Sofyma requested that we utilize a ticketing system for all project communications. They set up accounts for our project managers, and we've used this system from the start to the present. For urgent issues, we communicated via phone; otherwise, the primary methods of communication have been tickets and emails.
