The web-based application facilitates a novel online interaction between doctors and their patients. HIPAA Telmed incorporates essential features found in everyday applications, such as document sharing and appointment management, into telemedicine software. This telemedicine app aims to transform the doctor-patient dynamic and lower healthcare expenses for both patients and hospitals. To enhance the doctor-patient experience further, we included an AI-driven notetaking feature within the HIPAA Telmed platform. This tool automatically transcribes consultations, extracts important medical information, and summarizes patient interactions in real-time. By minimizing the need for manual documentation, physicians can devote more time to patient care, while hospitals benefit from more efficient record-keeping and better compliance. This AI-fueled enhancement has greatly improved both efficiency and accuracy, increasing the platform’s value for healthcare providers and their patients. We tailored a specialized WebRTC audio and video conferencing technology to meet our client's requirements, expanded the development team to 12 members to manage the complexity of the project, and established a sophisticated cloud infrastructure with TSL, TDL, and login-based authentication to enhance security in accordance with HIPAA regulations. The project yielded exceptional results, with all clients praising the application's usability and effectiveness.
