ABOUT SOFOMO
The devs you need. The partners you want.
Assisting them in creating their products and expanding their operations has shown us repeatedly that scaling your engineering team to match your business's growth is incredibly challenging. We've also realized that talented developers with the perfect skills and work ethic don't magically show up when they're needed. This often leads to frustration and a sense of helplessness!

About the Team
OUR STORY
Founded in San Francisco in 2009, Sofomo emerged from firsthand experience with Silicon Valley tech companies struggling to scale engineering teams effectively. Rejecting the transactional 'developer sweatshop' model, Sofomo focuses on genuine client care, close collaboration, and high standards. They maintain selectivity, onboarding only 2-3 clients quarterly, fostering deep partnerships that prioritize long-term value. Believing that exceptional software development stems from teamwork and strong personal relationships, Sofomo’s leadership and engineers act as true teammates throughout projects. Their culture, rooted in Silicon Valley ambition, emphasizes shared vision, problem-solving, and impactful initiatives. With headquarters in Poland and offices in San Francisco and London, Sofomo embodies a partnership philosophy that champions commitment and shared success.
