Growth Master: Streamlined E-Learning & Sales Plat

Crystal Courses LLC

Smithing Systems created Growth Master, an online platform aimed at integrating course sales pipelines with client and lead databases to promote a self-help community. Our solution streamlines course creation, management, and sales, granting users easy access to content and videos on both mobile and desktop devices. We developed a web application along with mobile apps for Android and iOS, incorporating payment services like Stripe and PayU, as well as marketing tools such as Active Campaign. The platform supports various payment methods, including subscriptions, and simplifies tracking user habits and progress. Our collaboration involved thorough analysis, mock-ups, and ongoing communication via video chats, phone calls, and emails. We set up a test instance to monitor progress and test the platform. The user interface follows Material Design principles, ensuring clarity, modernity, and ease of use. The responsive design provides smooth access across different devices. We continue to enhance the project with new modules and features while maintaining close communication with the client, dedicated to the platform's ongoing potential.

Beauty Salon Management Platform

Piątka Beauty

Smithing Systems has introduced Beauty Manager, an all-in-one management platform designed for beauty salons. This cutting-edge system simplifies client administration, appointment scheduling, sales management, and inventory control. Our intuitive web and mobile applications, compatible with both Android and iOS, integrate with PayU to offer various payment options. The project's development included in-depth analysis, creation of mock-ups, and ongoing communication through video calls, phone conversations, and emails. A dedicated testing environment was set up to monitor progress. With its modern, user-friendly interface based on Material Design principles, the platform provides seamless access and an exceptional experience across different devices. Smithing Systems is committed to continually improving Beauty Manager by adding new features and modules to meet the evolving needs of its clients.

RAVAPI: Streamlined Carrier Management System

RAVAPI

We partnered with RAVAPI to develop a robust, user-friendly carrier management system that optimized their administrative tasks and boosted overall efficiency. Our tailored software solution automated processes, securely stored data, and improved productivity for both staff and customers. Key aspects of the project included maintaining regular communication with RAVAPI through video calls, phone conversations, and emails. We also granted them access to our project management software to keep them updated on progress and streamline the feature request process. To facilitate a seamless transition, we created a user manual and delivered training on the new system. After implementation, we continue to assist RAVAPI by developing additional modules and helping them adapt to changing market demands.
