This includes a content management system for sharing news and updates, newsletter and blog tools to expand local fan engagement, membership and access control systems, a customizable ticketing platform for match day ticket sales, and scheduling tools for facilities like playing pitches. By centralizing these features, we provide valuable insights through customer data, allowing clubs to create customized fan experiences and tap into new revenue opportunities such as targeted concessions and advertising that were previously unavailable to smaller clubs. Our solution is built on an event-driven architecture supported by a range of microservices. This cutting-edge framework is serverless, balancing speed with performance, and ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising scalability or user engagement.

Scaling Transaction Categorisation at 365 Business

We worked together with 365 Business Finance to create a cloud-based solution that automates and simplifies the categorization of bank statements. Due to the high volume and complexity of transactions, the client required a system that could efficiently classify transactions while also allowing underwriters the option to make manual adjustments when needed. Our solution utilizes AWS cloud services to provide both automated categorization and a user-friendly interface for manual input. The categorization process is facilitated through a custom-designed UI specifically for underwriters, which enables them to review and classify transactions, rather than relying solely on automated text-matching rules. With Amazon Cognito for secure authentication and AWS Amplify for smooth deployment, the UI offers a responsive user experience. Any manual changes made by underwriters are recorded and used to refine the system's future categorization rules, enhancing overall accuracy. Core processing tasks are managed by AWS Lambda functions, which apply categorization rules and store results in Amazon Aurora. Additionally, Amazon Textract extracts crucial information from transaction descriptions to aid in more advanced categorization. Monitoring and logging are handled through AWS CloudWatch and CloudTrail, providing real-time insights and ensuring security, reliability, and scalability of the system. This solution equips 365 Business Finance to efficiently manage increasing transaction volumes by integrating automation with necessary manual oversight. It is also designed for future expansion, with plans to implement machine learning to further enhance categorization accuracy over time, thereby decreasing the need for ongoing manual adjustments.
