L'Oréal is the leading cosmetics company globally, boasting a diverse collection of renowned brands such as La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, NYX PMU, Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Giorgio Armani Beauty, and Kérastase, among others. L'Oréal Ukraine operates as an independent legal entity within the L'Oréal Group, having been established in 2004 and currently employing 326 individuals. The company's social mission focuses on addressing significant societal issues, integral to its corporate responsibility. Since 2018, the For Women in Science program has recognized 12 female scientists, and since 2017, 164 women have completed hairdressing training through the Beauty for All educational initiative. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, L'Oréal provided 200,000 sanitizers in 2020, and following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the company donated 300,000 hygiene products to Ukrainian citizens. L'Oréal is also advancing technological solutions to enhance consumer experiences, including Modiface for virtual makeup trials, Skinconsult for assessing skin aging, Spotscan for evaluating skin condition, and Perso, a device for custom cosmetics creation at home, along with initiatives to streamline internal processes. In 2020, L'Oréal Ukraine collaborated with Sector X to launch a series of startups focused on BeautyTech at Unit.city, aimed at assisting startups in business development through top-tier acceleration and market engagement. In 2022, L'Oréal Ukraine initiated a partnership with Smart Solutions.
